We strive hard to make the best designer jewellery available to our customers, however, we are unable to put our entire inventory online at the moment. Thus, our online store carries a smaller, yet outstanding, selection of designer jewellery than does our showroom located in Toronto, Ontario. Errors on our site

Although we try to ensure the accuracy and correctness of all information on our online store, should we make a mistake, we humbly ask for your forgiveness and understanding. As part of our customer service, we will double check your order and reach out to you within 24 hours if we notice any errors in the product description, price, etc.

We also offer various payment methods on our website:

  1. We accept all major Canadian-issued, and most non-Canadian-issued credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There are two sections of Credit Cards as well, so if one doesn’t work for you please try using the other one.
  2. We also provide Affirm to buy our products in a budget friendly manner. Payment options through Affirm Canada Holdings Ltd. (“Affirm”).

  4. We also accept Interac for Canadian Orders, there is no security question but if you are prompted with such, please follow the instructions provided on the checkout page once the order has been made.

Validating your order

Congratulations! You are now the proud owner of exclusive gold jewellery. Your purchase will be on its way as soon as we are able to validate a few important things.

We have implemented a policy that the billing address of the credit card and the shipping address for the purchase must be the same. If the addresses do not match, we will be forced to cancel the order. This is done to protect you from fraudulent purchases.

Should we cancel your order, we will notify you within 48 hours via e-mail or phone. We will also reverse the purchase charge on your card.

Once the payment is verified, we remove your purchased item from our display and start the process of securely shipping it out.

Duties and other charges on International Shipping

We love our neighbors to the South. We’ve built this online store as much for our Canadian clients as we have for our American friends. Alas, there is a small issue of duties and additional charges that must be addressed.

The border authorities determine the duties that must be paid. These duties can vary and neither the seller nor the purchaser has any control over how the duties are determined.

In the event that duties or other additional charges are placed on your purchase, please pay them promptly in order to receive your purchase. A non-payment may result in the item(s) being returned.


Special message regarding Nose Pins

Please note that nose pins or nose rings are the only items that are not allowed to be exchanged due to health concerns.

 

  • Items in the “Special Offers” category are final and non-refundable or non-exchangeable. These items will not be accepted if returned, and no credit will be issued. All sales for these items are final.
  • If you wish to cancel or changed your mind about Special Custom Order items, you will be charged a 35-50% restocking fee, as well as shipping charges & insurance fees.
  • You must pay all return shipping expenses & insurance.

Return Policy

We take Great Pride in our Service and our team will always try their best to provide you with the best service possible during your purchase and the time you receive your order. In any event, you would like to reconsider and not buy a product there are certain factors to keep in mind.

First and Foremost, there is no return policy once the shipping of your purchases has been done. You can reach us using the contact page and we would be happy to help you out with any problems that you face.

Secondly, in the case that we have not shipped the package, the refund can be provided but the customer will be charged a restocking fee that will be deducted from the amount returned to you. Standard restocking fees are 25% for any purchase made and can be subject to change in the future as we try to improve our services.

While we are currently working with stripe for processing our payments we currently have the following policies for a refund regarding your purchases on our online store. Please keep in mind that these policies are offered by stripe and we in no way take any part in the payment processing fees.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and we have no doubt that you will love your purchase from Dubai Jewellers. However, in the event, you are unhappy with your purchase you have the following option:

 

  • Exchange the product(s) for another of equal or higher value provided you meet all the conditions listed below:

 

  1. The exchange process is initiated within 14-days of the purchase date.
  2. The product is received by us within 14-days of the purchase date.
  3. The product is intact, in its original state, in the original packaging, with a security tag in place, is without damage, and does not show signs of use, or wear and tear.
  4. The product has not been damaged, altered, resized, worn, used, or is missing its security tag.
  5. The product passes our quality inspection.
  6. The product is shipped with proper care and with proof of shipping insurance for the entire value of the purchase.

Exchange Procedure

We’re sorry if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase. Please follow the instructions below to get the exchange process started. Remember, that you must send us the merchandise within 14-days of the purchase date!

Step 1: E-mail info@dubaijewellers.ca asking for an exchange or refund. In your e-mail, please include:

 

  • Purchase receipt.
  • The reason for your exchange or return.

Step 2: We will reply with an RMA number. Please make sure that you use this RMA number to label your package.

Step 3: Once you’re ready to ship out, please reply to the RMA e-mail with the following information:

 

  • Return shipping information.li>
  • Copy of the shipping insurance for the full value of your exchange/return item(s).

Step 4: We will send you an e-mail once we receive your shipment.

Step 5: Our quality assurance team will inspect the exchanged/returned item and ensure that all criteria are met.

Step 6: We will send you an e-mail informing you of the outcome of the inspection. If you are eligible for an exchange or refund, we will include the store credit or the amount of your refund in the same email.

Step 7: For exchange, please make another purchase and use your store credit coupon to pay for the purchase.

Step 8: For refunds, we will refund the stated amount in step 6 to the same method of payment as was used for the purchase. Please allow 10 to14 business days for the refund.

Step 9: No hard feelings! Please visit us again and we will work twice as hard to make you a customer again!


Shipping

We at Dubai Jewelers know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

We ship our products with insurance coverage for loss and damage during transit.

We are confident in the abilities of our shipping service provider, however, should a package arrives damaged, DO NOT accept the shipment and contact us immediately.

All orders allowed 14 days for Exchanges or Returns. Information and Policy Exchanges or Returns

Due to certain reasons we are delivering in 10-15 days, we ship the packages from Toronto, Ontario depending on your location of ordering it might vary & can take longer, and we do not offer any guarantee on expedited deliveries for international orders due to custom it can take longer than expected (15-22 days).

In rare cases of delays caused by the courier companies (Canada Post within Canada & UPS for US and international orders) are not our responsibility and the ability to expedite the order thereon after is solely the responsibility of the courier company. Once shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number for the package, we cannot help to expedite once the package has been delivered.

we follow a stringent process in packaging, and delivering our online orders. In rare cases that the product(s) you ordered gets damaged in any way we do offer repair services for extra cost at our local store. The repair services are only available for walk ins, not deliveries for now.

International Shipments Policy

All international shipments are subject to customs laws & duty charges of that respective county/province/ or state (if any). These laws are subject to change and depend on your location, so customers are advised to know about these laws, and be aware that you might be subject to these laws depending on where you are and what product you are ordering.
